What shaped the heart and soul of Click With Confidence was a series of encounters with senior customers who faced unique challenges accessing technology support. One gentleman, in particular, left a lasting impression. Rain or shine, he came to the store multiple times a week, asking for help with email and voicemail, simple tasks that many take for granted but were overwhelming for him. Watching him and others like him make these physically demanding trips just to receive basic tech guidance struck me deeply. It became clear that a different kind of service was needed; one that brought comfortable, patient, and personalized support directly to those who might otherwise be left behind. That realization inspired the creation of Click With Confidence, a technology coaching and support business built around trust, empathy, and respect for individual needs.
